One of the most beautiful parts of running my own business is knowing I am the one who is in control of my ability to chase those dreams.
I remember working at my desk job and know that my pay and time would be playing out in pretty much the exact same way for the foreseeable future and that was very difficult for full-of-too-many-ideas brain.
In 2007, when I was newly married and *extremely* broke, my husband and I made a vision board and we hung it in our kitchen. Looking at it every day helped make small little decisions that led to be changes.
Back in those days, making a vision board meant you first needed to round up 20 magazine and thumb through until you found just the right images. Then game the arranging and gluing and viola! Vision board!
These days, you can easily make one in Canva! I highly recommend that you print this Vision Board, frame it and place it somewhere where you can see it regularly.

You can then search through and make a simple collage! Here is mine:

Doing this work, we will also allow you to ask important questions about whether or not the business you are working on will align with your future dreams.
